1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and jilixcom ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilixcom.vip. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jilixcom platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jilixcom reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jilixcom services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Create only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If jilixcom discovers that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances therein may be forfeited.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any third party.
• Notify jilixcom immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

jilixcom reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations under PAGCOR guidelines and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, jilixcom may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jilixcom are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the jilixcom platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• jilixcom does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• jilixcom does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard.
• jilixcom reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied.
• jilixcom aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jilixcom offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• jilixcom reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for any particular bonus or promotion.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jilixcom platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. The following general principles apply across all jilixcom games:

• All games on jilixcom use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jilixcom's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed conclusive.
• jilixcom reserves the right to void any game round or bet where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has affected the integrity of the outcome.

• Winnings generated through the exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors will be voided and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilixcom platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Using jilixcom for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.

• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your jilixcom account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilixcom platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of jilixcom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilixcom platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilixcom content without prior written authorisation.
• Use any jilixcom trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any jilixcom content.
• Use jilixcom content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilixcom, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jilixcom platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, jilixcom shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of jilixcom services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Any loss or corruption of data.
• Any technical failures, including server downtime, network interruptions, or software errors beyond jilixcom's reasonable control.
• Any decisions you make based on information provided on the jilixcom platform.

jilixcom's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilixcom account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

jilixcom is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jilixcom players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
